As a motivator, role model, and leader, Emily has an approach to total fitness that is based on solid psychological methods, proven research-based fitness principles, and hard work.
Emily holds her personal training, performance enhancement specialist and group fitness instructor certifications from some of the leading certification programs in the country, the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and American Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
Emily’s boundless energy and devotion to helping others enables her to be a life coach to those she trains. She imparts her unique and inspiring philosophy to her clients, stressing the integrations of fitness, nutrition, and behavioral changes. Emily empowers individuals to define and reach personal goals both physical and physiological.
