XLR8 Online Monthly Plan Includes:

  • Receive a NEW printable workout each month that will keep your body challenged, which will include 3 High Intensity Strength training routines per week
  • Special member access to the inside of our website where you can print your workouts and healthy recipes.
  • Access to the XLR8 Fitness online picture glossary which shows a visual demonstration of each exercise.
  • Two monthly group conference calls with your trainer (week 1 and week 3) to check in and ask questions.
  • Access to a Private Facebook page just for online clients to contact your trainer
  • Most workouts on the plan can be done either in our home with basic equipment or at the gym. Basic equipment includes, dumbbells, bench or step, and stability ball

General meal planning guide:

You will be given an general idea of what foods you should choose and healthy portion sizes to fuel your workouts and see results. This is not a diet or nutritional program and the guide will not be tweaked for you. Instead, this is a general guide to help you learn about food and portion sizes.

PRICING

XLR8 Fitness Online monthly training plan is just $59 /month plus a one time $99 enrollment fee.

*All clients will continue on automatic monthly billing after the 90 day contest is up, unless a written 30 day notice of cancellation is given.
