I started out weighing 137 lbs. and am down to 130 and holding steady. I am firmer all around and feel good about myself. My bad (ldl) cholesterol count went from 136 to 117.

Much better than being stuck in a gym, and the heat really is not that bad once you get used to it. There are many different exercises so it is definitely not repetitive or boring at all. I used muscles that had not been used in years and exercises and drills I had not done since high school. It really was a great group of people and I think Emily’s kick butt yet personable demeanor is a good combo. Can’t wait to do it again.

I enjoyed my boot camp experience and am very pleased with my results. I’m amazed at what 4 weeks of boot camp can do….I lost lbs, inches and have more energy. I recommend that everyone should at least try it out….You won’t be disappointed!

Different exercises…organized…people and interaction. It was a good mix of pushing us past our own limits, but no so much that it was demotivational….just enough “Come on one more” without being a “tyrant”

Emily does a great job @ encouraging people without making them feel like they are falling behind or cannot do an exercise. She helped me to accomplish things that I didn’t think I could in the beginning.

Since the class is co-ed, I convinced my husband to join the last session with me. Once his initial soreness subsided, he was happy that he signed up. We plan to join in on the next session!

every day when a moment passes by where I feel that I can’t accomplish something or don’t have time for something I just tell myself that i can do anything for 50 seconds. And if i can do it for 50 seconds, I can do it for 50 minutes. Thanks for giving me a positive way to assert myself in my every day life.

After one month of bootcamp I am very happy with my results. I have lost 9 pounds and 1.5 inches in my waist. Emily was a great motivator, when you think you can’t go anymore she was there to get you through it. I am excited to start my second camp next week.

I also wanted to say that I’m really enjoying the boot camps. I have been really out of shape, and I found the boot camps to be really great for me, even at my lower fitness level. I enjoy being outside and love the variety of each class – from day to day and week to week. You and Sean have both been great! After my first 4-week bootcamp, I already feel stronger and leaner and have more stamina. One obstacle I’ve always had to exercising is boredom, and I’m never bored with you guys!
